All tippers need to do is search for the person they would like to tip, enter an amount and then pay.
You can only use Don’t Forget To Tip to collect money that is freely given to you as a tip. You cannot use it to collect money in exchange for services or goods.
This is completely up to the tipper. Tippers can choose to provide you with a note, upload an image or to tip anonymously.
Yes, you can keep track of the tips you have received from within your Don’t Forget Too Tip Tipee Dashboard.
We do not expect that many tippers should require a refund but we do understand that from time to time errors will occur.
However, if one of your tippers requires a refund, you can contact us directly via email: email@example.com
Please provide the details of the member and the date which the tip was paid.
We process refunds on a case by case basis.
PLEASE NOTE: AS THE RECIPIENT OF THE FUNDS YOU, THE TIPEE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REFUND. DON’T FORGET TO TIP WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE.
